The Therapy Department at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Bridge Park is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist SLP to fill a full-time position. You'll be part of our esteemed skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding and individualized care.

The Speech Language Pathologist SLP will evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. You will develop and implement effective treatment programs and establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment. The Speech Language Pathologist SLP will provide counsel to patients and patients' families, as well as create an accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits.

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. Develop and implement effective treatment programs. Establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment. Provide counsel to patients and families. Create accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits.

• An active state Speech Language Pathologist SLP license is required.

Salary: $43 – $46 per hour
