School Social Worker

One of our clients is seeking a motivated professional to work as a School Licensed Social Worker in the Baltimore area.

• Serve on Student Support Teams of identified students
• Support Student Support Team plans to implement interventions that address the root cause of attendance, behavioral, and/or academic challenge(s) with identified students.
• Provide support internally and externally to schools in the successful implementation of the SST plan for student success.
• Manage progress monitoring data to provide SST guidance.
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from school and community state holders
• Maintain a log to capture data to inform the SST team of the effectiveness of plan
• Connect with families as appropriate to support student

• Minimum of Master's Degree in Social Work
• Licensed in the State of practice required in Social Work (LMSW/LCSW-C)
• Medical Social Work experience
• Ability to undergo and satisfactorily complete given background checks

• Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health.
