We are seeking a seasoned AR Director to lead our medical billing accounts receivable operations. This role is responsible for maximizing collections, minimizing AR aging, and ensuring compliance with healthcare billing regulations. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep knowledge of revenue cycle management, and a track record of driving results in a healthcare setting.

• Oversee end-to-end AR processes: charge/payment posting, denials, collections, and patient billing.
• Drive performance on KPIs such as days in AR, denial rates, and cash collections.
• Lead and develop AR team members; promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer rules, and billing regulations.
• Implement process improvements and leverage billing software/EMR tools to optimize efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Admin, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years in medical billing/revenue cycle, with 3+ in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of payer policies, coding, and AR workflows.
• Experience with major billing systems.
