Under direct supervision, maintains an assigned area of the hospital in a sanitary and orderly condition in accordance with departmental and regulatory agency policies, procedures, and standards.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Licensure: GBMC OR Training Certification within 6 months of accepting position.

Experience:

Six (6) months experience in a direct patient care environment to be familiar with basic patient activities, procedures, techniques and protocols.

• Ability to read and write English to follow instructions regarding the cleaning and maintenance of the operating rooms, equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work well under time constraints and to work effectively as a team member.
• Interpersonal and oral communication skills necessary to interact with patients, visitors, nursing staff and physicians.

Pay Range $15.00 - $20.00. Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
