Role OverviewAs a Client Relationship Administrator, you will be the primary liaison between our laboratory and external clients, including healthcare providers and patients. You’ll ensure seamless communication, accurate data management, and efficient support for laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for external inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Communicate with healthcare professionals regarding patient testing and results.
- Supply accurate information for testing and billing to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain and update data in laboratory and operational systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support daily lab operations.
- Document all client interactions in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, laboratory, or administrative support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and laboratory information systems (LIS).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Customer service‑oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
