The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to patients, including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re‑assessment, discharge planning, and documentation in a variety of settings. They participate in program planning and protocol development and assist the team in meeting established goals.

Primary Duties:

• Provides evaluation services including review of pertinent historical information, performance of assessments, determination of recommendations, and documentation of results. Explains findings and treatment plan to patients/family and incorporates them into goal setting.
• Demonstrates proficiency in implementing treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and patient presentation. Consults with other healthcare professionals as indicated and documents changes in patient condition requiring plan modification.
• Completes appropriate discharge planning and follow‑up care. Accurately and timely documents and charges for patient care activities, painting a clear picture of the patient's course of care.
• Demonstrates effective time management and meets productivity expectations. Manages a schedule and provides frictionless patient access through flexibility, adaptability, and empathy.
• Takes initiative in continuing education, serves as a clinical instructor, assists with orientation and mentoring of new staff, students, volunteers, and technicians.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Maryland, District of Columbia, and/or Virginia licensure required as needed for specific locations.
• BLS (Basic Life Support).

Hiring range: $55.00 - $55.00
