Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) FT or PT Spanish Speaking, Baltimore, MD

Job Summary:

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals providing ABA therapy services to children on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, leading training sessions, and collaborating with families to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients

  • Implement and supervise behavioral interventions to address client goals and objectives

  • Provide training and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and implementation of treatment plans

  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and measure progress

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and research-based strategies

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

  • 1+ years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably working with children with autism

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time or part-time opportunities available ( negotiable)

  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000
