Patient Transporter, Crane PACU PRN

Transport of post-operative patients, supplies, equipment, etc. throughout Mercy Medical Center. Stocking responsibilities include PACU bays, blanket warmers, or other duties as designated by the charge nurse.

• Transport post-operative patients, supplies, and equipment throughout the medical center.
• Stock PACU bays, blanket warmers, and other designated areas.
• Assist with patient care duties as directed by the charge nurse.

• Certification: CPR BLS
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of Meditech or Epic preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• English speaking, reading, writing; able to work independently and make decisions when appropriate.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work with staff, patients, and visitors.
• Integrity, teamwork, flexibility, ability to follow instructions.
