Position: Sr. Research Program Coordinator II (SOM, Adolescent Medicine)

Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Research Program Coordinator I with excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate the implementation and evaluation of randomized controlled trials with multiple follow-up surveys, observational components, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and grants development for next steps, along with supporting staff who support a larger adolescent-focused research portfolio.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee research protocols and programming.
  • Collaborate and communicate with principal investigator on research protocols and programming, including IRB and regulatory issues.
  • Tracking of study visits and completion of study activities.
  • Oversight remuneration and remuneration tracking.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Guide continuous quality improvement initiatives as part of study implementation and monitoring.
  • Participate in study meetings.
  • Contribute to presentations, manuscripts, and reports.
  • Maintain standard operating procedure manual; onboard and train new study team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor s Degree in related discipline.
  • Five years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master s Degree in related discipline.
  • Proficient in Excel, Red Cap, Qualtrics, engage

    Spark, or comparable programs.
  • Experience with behavioral clinical trial procedures.
  • Prior experience working with fathers or men as part of public health practice with socially disadvantaged population.
