Kennedy Krieger Institute is seeking a Clinical Fellow - SLP to join our Special Education team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities- Deliver speech/language, oral motor, and feeding/swallowing assessments and treatments tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that empower patients and families.
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary team conferences and professional development activities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in line with MSDE, ASHA, COMAR, and accreditation standards.
- Participate in community outreach and departmental initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Limited License from the Maryland Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech-Language Pathologists.
- CPR certification.
- Bonus additional training in pediatric feeding/swallowing or communication disorders.
- Strong knowledge of developmental communication and feeding disorders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse age groups and collaborate across disciplines.
- Organized, adaptable, and open to feedback.
