Join Our Team as a Clinical Fellow - Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a $1500 Hiring Incentive.

Kennedy Krieger Institute is seeking a Clinical Fellow - SLP to join our Special Education team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver speech/language, oral motor, and feeding/swallowing assessments and treatments tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that empower patients and families.
  • Collaborate in interdisciplinary team conferences and professional development activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation in line with MSDE, ASHA, COMAR, and accreditation standards.
  • Participate in community outreach and departmental initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Limited License from the Maryland Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech-Language Pathologists.
  • CPR certification.
  • Bonus additional training in pediatric feeding/swallowing or communication disorders.
