The Territory Manager (TM) will be responsible for promotion Botanix’s product(s), by executing highly targeted commercial strategies that result in market development, managed care pull-through, and achievement of all objectives and goals. The TM will work collaboratively with their customers and Botanix stakeholders to ensure exceptional follow-through and patient access to this much needed treatment.
Responsibilities- Execute marketing strategies and leverage resources effectively to maximize impact and achieve all objectives and goals
- Influence customers within assigned geography and accounts to support the use of Botanix’s product(s) in the treatment of indicated disease states by developing and applying clinical knowledge, strong selling skills, and business expertise
- Develop and implement strategic and dynamic business plans that address unique market needs and enhance results
- Build customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key customer stakeholders who can influence decision making within accounts
- Develop a strong understanding and awareness of the patient journey to best support customer understanding and needs so they can ensure a great patient experience
- Establish a strong understanding of the local reimbursement and payor environment and effectively educate customers on patient support information and services to ensure patient access to Botanix’s product(s)
- Work collaboratively with teammates and the internal Botanix team by gathering, analyzing, and providing regular updates around market data, customer feedback, and competitor insights to help shape strategy
- Act compliantly in accordance with all company and industry guidelines
- Successfully and actively participate in all sales training and sales meetings
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- 1-3 years pharmaceutical/biotech sales required; with medical dermatology experience preferred
- Experience educating and assisting office staff with patient access to product(s) including prior authorization process
- Proven and consistent track record of exceeding sales goals
- Understanding of account management and the ability to work the entire account to find the best way to drive prescriptions and provide exceptional follow-through to ensure patient access
- Previous product launch experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment in distribution and fulfillment of prescription products
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel as needed, may also be required to work some evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in use of CRM software and Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Power Point

The base salary range for this role is $135,000-$150,000. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
This role may be eligible to participate in our client’s (Botanix) attractive stock program. This stock program is subject to the terms and conditions established by our client and its governing documents. Please note that our client is solely responsible for the stock program including but not limited to any equity grants, vesting, exercise of stock options, administration, and management.
