This is a weekend‑only, part‑time position. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist you will deliver comprehensive respiratory care and assess patients with respiratory conditions.
- Critical care support and emergency‑room coverage
- Ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and aerosolized medication delivery
- Participation in CPR and code teams
- Collaboration with the healthcare team to set therapeutic goals
- Operation of diagnostic equipment and maintenance of accurate documentation

Minimum QualificationsGraduate of an approved Respiratory Care Practitioner program. Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Licensure and Certification- Current active license from the Maryland Physician Board of Quality Assurance
- Registration with the National Board of Respiratory Care
- Current CPR certification
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- ACLS certification required within six months of hire
- Preferred to hold a PALS certification
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology; ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- In‑depth knowledge of pulmonary anatomy and physiology related to respiratory testing
- Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for equipment troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Minimum $34.11/hr – Maximum $56.34/hr compensation is commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. Salary discussions occur during candidate screening calls.
