Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, has a distinguished history of serving the community since its founding in 1890. As a not-for-profit and full-service community hospital, Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24‑hour Emergency Department. The Clinical Technician II (PCT) works as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with advanced training in specific clinical skills and competencies on the health care team.
Responsibilities- Periodically checks patients, takes vital signs, and observes the condition of the patient and patient care equipment or devices.
- Provides personal care for patients including hygiene and physical comfort measures.
- Performs bedside glucose monitoring, EKG tracing, and phlebotomy.
- Inserts intravenous lines (IVs).
- Measures and records intake and output.
- Inserts and removes Foley catheters.

- Current certification as CNA in the District of Columbia
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR required
- 2 years experience required

Salary Range: Minimum $21.44/hour – Maximum $33.24/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
