• Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support and incontinence care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Monitor and document vital signs; report any changes to the RN or supervisor.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Follow customized Care Plans.

• Active CNA certification in Maryland.
• Previous home care experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Negative PPD result with the last year OR Clear Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years.
• Health Physical or work release from physician within the last 2 years.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Must have a clear background (no disqualifying criminal history such as convictions for violence, theft, or abuse).
