Recruitment:
The State Highway Administration (SHA) is recruiting for this position in the Office of Real Estate (Baltimore City). This is an Interview and Hire position open to anyone who meets the minimum qualifications listed below.

Provide real estate services to SHA and other agencies in a timely customer‑oriented manner. Ensure timely and accurate response to research requests and maintain records pertaining to the acquisition of SHA’s right‑of‑way and other real estate holdings.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• No prior professional experience required; however, additional experience in professional or technical real estate work may be substituted on a year‑for‑year basis for the required education.
• U.S. Armed Forces military service experience, as defined under the Minimum Qualifications, may be substituted for the required education and experience on a year‑for‑year basis.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license in the state of Maryland.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Employees may be subject to statewide assignments, which may occasionally require overnight travel.
• Employees must be willing and available for duty at such hours, day or night, as may be required to respond to agency operations.
• Employees are required to maintain a reliable communication link (telephone or pager) for emergency call‑back requirements.
