We are looking for a full‑time Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for creating financial models, industry research, performing data analysis, preparing reports, and assisting in the preparation of client presentations. The Financial Analyst will work closely with team members to support the firm’s advisory and capital‑raising initiatives and be involved in all aspects of the transaction process.

Specific responsibilities of an Analyst include the following:

• Analyzing detailed corporate and financial information
• Performing quantitative analysis, including building financial models to illustrate projected results and to value companies, catalogs, and other assets
• Creating statistical exhibits that analyze comparative financial performance
• Conducting market and company research
• Participating in due diligence calls with client company management and various stakeholders
• Assisting in all aspects of the transaction, due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiation and execution
• Assisting in all transaction documentation and presentations
• Developing and maintaining proprietary transaction and market intelligence
• Performing other ad hoc projects, which may reflect the broader needs of the Firm

• Strong analytical, modeling and writing skills
• A professional presence coupled with the relationship skills to interact effectively with internal and external parties
• Highly‑motivated, self‑starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team context with the confidence to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously
• Desire to work in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and Powerpoint
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in the media or music industry is a plus
