Seeking an experienced IB Analyst/Associate to join a rockstar team. Market base compensation with an incredible bonus potential.
Responsibilities- Support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from initial pitch through closing
- Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
- Conduct industry research, market analysis, and due diligence
- Analyze financial statements and develop insights to support client advisory work
- Manage multiple deal processes simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or private equity
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comparable companies)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
