Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in banking/finance or similar filed.
- Strong risk management and control mindset.
- Individual needs to be performance-driven, proactive, with proven ability to take on challenges, set and execute agenda. Candidate should be a dynamic self-starter with the ability to work either on their own initiative as well as be a solid team player with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical understanding of the Debt and Fixed Income products, business, and operational support functions.
- Ability to manage risk on Global Capital Markets transactions in an environment of elevated deal volumes and increased deal complexity.
- Good interpersonal skills to build cross-divisional relationships; gain support and respect from key stakeholders (Business Unit, Operations, FCG , Legal & Compliance).
- Establish strong working relationships with the BU and Operations’ counterparts.
- Must be proficient in MS Office products, including Excel and Power Point.
