Role Overview

As a Manager within our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice, you will join a nationally recognized team of experts dedicated to the middle market. You will serve as a key leader in our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) group, supporting both corporate and private equity clients through the entire transaction lifecycle—from pre-close readiness and financial diligence to post-close execution. This is a dynamic role designed for a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will be empowered to lead engagements that instill confidence in our clients as they navigate complex changes, helping them realize their full potential through insightful, data-driven financial advice.

You will…

  • Direct and manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for diverse client portfolios.
  • Prepare and oversee detailed financial analyses that evaluate acquisition decisions, divestitures, and financing requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, participating in client meetings and site visits while interacting with C-suite and top-level management to extract and synthesize pertinent financial data.
  • Partner with internal functional areas - including Tax, Audit, and specialized Consulting practices—to deliver holistic, integrated transaction solutions.
  • Support the growth of the practice by assisting in the preparation of specialized proposals, scoping documents, and engagement letters.
  • Utilize advanced firm-designated software and analytical tools to generate high-impact reports that identify risks and opportunities within a deal.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience within an audit or transaction advisory practice at a national or regional public accounting or consulting firm.

  • Ability to leverage financial modeling and analytical software to support rigorous diligence efforts.
