This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented analyst who thrives in a fast-paced project environment and has experience working directly with IS/IT vendors during complex implementations.

  • Monitor and reconcile vendor invoices against contracts and project budgets
  • Maintain accurate financial tracking and reporting for implementation spend
  • Support contract and vendor financial administration activities
  • Track project financial performance and identify variances or risks
  • Partner with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate spend management
  • Assist with financial documentation, reporting, and audit readiness as needed
  • Help maintain organized financial records within project tracking tools
Required Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with IS/IT vendors (required; top priority)
  • Hands‑on experience managing purchase orders, invoices, and spend tracking
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced project environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, reconciliation, reporting)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and financial teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting EHR, ERP, or large-scale IT implementations
  • Familiarity with procurement, financial tracking, or project financial management tools
