** Role Summary
** The Senior Analyst, Investment Liaison supports the Private Asset Management (PAM) organization by ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client service across the full lifecycle of client investment activities. This role partners closely with portfolio managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to proactively manage client and investment operational needs, identify and solve business problems, enhance processes, and deliver a seamless client experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep functional expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional efforts through operational and organizational change.
** Responsibilities** - Support the client experience across onboarding, portfolio operations, life event coordination, client access facilitation, and offboarding.
** Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND- 5+ years of total relevant work experience with a focus on client service within financial services/asset management.

- Demonstrated leadership and management experience with the ability to motivate teams, drive performance, and lead cross-functional groups through change.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and extracting requirements from multiple business partners.

- Knowledge of the Financial Services and Asset Management industries.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization, flexibility, and sound judgment.

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
