Key Responsibilities:
Lead due diligence on acquisition targets and prepare data-driven investment recommendations Build and maintain sophisticated Excel-based financial models for evaluating acquisition opportunities Support deal structuring, negotiation, and post-acquisition integration planning across multiple transactions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; advanced degree encouraged 6+ years of investment banking, M&A, or private equity experience with direct transaction involvement Track record in buy-side M&A with experience in roll-up strategies or multi-site acquisitions Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis and advanced Excel-based financial modeling Highly analytical and comfortable managing independent deal work streams in a fast-paced environment
