This is a remote role (100% commission). As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand and meet their mortgage needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include originating, evaluating, and managing mortgage applications, working closely with underwriting and processing teams to ensure smooth transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan process.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in Mortgage Lending or the Mortgage Industry is a plus but not required
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team setting
- Experience in the real estate or financial services industry is a strong advantage
