• Conduct compliance reviews and audits of mortgage data to ensure adherence to regulations
• Manage daily pipeline activity in loan origination software, ensuring accurate tracking of applications
• Perform monthly HMDA testing and prepare compliance reports for internal stakeholders
• Identify and resolve compliance issues using critical thinking and data analysis
• Assist in drafting and maintaining compliance policies and procedures

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in mortgage lending
• Minimum of 2 years of experience auditing residential mortgage data and HMDA monitoring/reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and loan origination software (e.g., Encompass)
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations, including HMDA, FCRA, ECOA, TRID, and FDCPA
• Experience processing Adverse Action Notices and reviewing loan file dispositions

• Experience with HMDA reporting software (e.g., Risk Exec)
• Ability to effectively communicate compliance-related inquiries to internal teams
• Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking
