Compensation: $70,000 to $110,000 + 10 percent bonus

The Senior Accountant position offers a mix of technical accounting, ownership of month-end responsibilities, and hands-on involvement in FP&A. • Gain true business visibility by working directly with senior leadership
• Apply your technical skills in an environment where you own the work
• Build FP&A experience through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Contribute to projects that support large-scale energy and modernization initiatives

• Manage month-end close including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze GAAP financial statements
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Support annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting
• Track capital projects and operational spending
• Assist with external audits and internal reporting
• Improve processes by partnering with cross-functional teams

• CPA required or CPA in-process
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Three or more years in public accounting with Big 4 or Top 8 preferred
• Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel skills
• Effective communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Exposure to FP&A or operational finance
• Experience enhancing accounting processes or drafting SOPs
