Compensation: $70,000 to $110,000 + 10 percent bonus

The Senior Accountant position offers a mix of technical accounting, ownership of month-end responsibilities, and hands-on involvement in FP&A. - Build FP&A experience through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Contribute to projects that support large-scale energy and modernization initiatives
- Manage month-end close including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze GAAP financial statements
- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Support annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting
- Track capital projects and operational spending
- Assist with external audits and internal reporting
- Improve processes by partnering with cross-functional teams
- CPA required or CPA in-process
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Three or more years in public accounting with Big 4 or Top 8 preferred
- Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel skills
- Effective communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Exposure to FP&A or operational finance
- Experience enhancing accounting processes or drafting SOPs
