* Establish and maintain understanding of Portfolio Managers’ investment process.
* Measure strategy performance and work with Portfolio Managers to ensure seamless implementation of investment and trading strategies.
* Perform portfolio modeling at the direction of PAM PMs, including investing/raising cash, harvesting unrealized tax losses (when/if appropriate), and maintaining proper portfolio construction.
* Develop bespoke analyses to anticipate client needs and respond to inquiries.
* Maintain deep subject matter expertise on equity markets and portfolio manager perspectives to inform both existing and new client interactions.
* Engage in advanced project work to further the team’s research and development efforts.
* Serve as the lead analytical partner to the PAM Portfolio Manager, supporting the design, monitoring, and adjustment of accounts in line with client requirements.
* Conduct advanced analysis on strategies, incorporating market conditions, asset class characteristics, portfolio construction, and risk management to support the PAM Portfolio Managers.
* Facilitate responses to client requests and periodic reviews of investment performance to enable discussions with clients.
* Support the PAM Portfolio Managers in representing the PAM function in prospect and client meetings, as well as internal forums, articulating the value and capabilities of the team.
* Bachelor’s degree required AND
* 4-6+ years of relevant investment experience, with a focus on equities or multi-asset strategies.
* Advanced degree or progress towards (CFA, MBA, or equivalent)
* Proven ability to partner with senior investment professionals and influence organizational outcomes.
* Outstanding analytical and communication skills
* Strong project leadership skills and the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
