Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience within Global Capital Markets
? We’re seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to join the Corporate Lending team and support daily Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting for multiple strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field)
- Basic understanding of financial products
- Above-average proficiency in Excel
- Exposure to digital tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx is a plus
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Support the daily production of Profit & Loss (P&L) for Corporate Lending strategies
- Reconcile Business Unit estimated P&L against the firm’s sub-ledger P&L
- Investigate and resolve daily breaks by analyzing finance and risk system data flows
- Gain exposure to financial products, trading strategies, and risk processes
- Communicate findings and issues with stakeholders across multiple levels
