We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our Family Office Services team in Baltimore. This role is ideal for a professional with accounting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll provide day-to-day financial reporting, support Tax and Trust & Estate planning, and help link financial management with operational functions through metrics reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review client financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support Tax and Trust & Estate planning activities
- Assist with implementation of financial and operational metrics reporting
- Collaborate with internal team members and external clients to deliver exceptional service
- Manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Strong experience with Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, and mathematical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and dedication to client service
- Minimum 2 years in an accounting or finance role
