Senior Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our Family Office Services team in Baltimore. This role is ideal for a professional with accounting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll provide day-to-day financial reporting, support Tax and Trust & Estate planning, and help link financial management with operational functions through metrics reporting.

• Prepare and review client financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support Tax and Trust & Estate planning activities
• Assist with implementation of financial and operational metrics reporting
• Collaborate with internal team members and external clients to deliver exceptional service
• Manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Strong experience with Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written, verbal, and mathematical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and dedication to client service

• Minimum 2 years in an accounting or finance role
