Financial Analyst​/Senior Accountant

Syntax Talent is seeking an accounting/finance professional who will play a critical role in supporting various finance and accounting activities of our organization. You will work closely with various departments to provide financial insights and strategic guidance to drive business performance.

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to improve financial performance.
• Prepare month-end accrual workbooks for multiple business units.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA required (or at least parts passed).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of public accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
