Financial Analyst I – Baltimore, MD

Join our Fixed Income Product Control team and dive into daily Profit & Loss (P&L) production! You will be key in reconciling estimated P&L against the firm's sub‑ledger, gaining exposure to financial products, strategies, and finance/risk systems.

• Produce and reconcile daily P&L
• Resolve daily breaks identified in the reconciliation process
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
• Support the daily P&L across multiple strategies
• Reconcile Business Units estimated P&L against firm sub ledger P&L

• Associate’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting, OR a Bachelor’s with a specific interest in the field
