Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Analyst – Banking & Finance to support financial systems and business initiatives. The role involves analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and ensuring solutions align with business and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis – Gather and document business and functional requirements for financial systems. Work with stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
Process Analysis – Analyze banking and financial workflows to identify improvements. Support system enhancements and implementations.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Collaborate with finance, compliance, and IT teams. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Documentation – Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process diagrams. Support testing and UAT activities.
Tools & Methodologies – Work in Agile or Waterfall environments using Jira and documentation tools.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
✅ 2+ years of Business Analyst experience
✅ Knowledge of banking or financial systems preferred
✅ Strong analytical and documentation skills
✅ Excellent communication abilities
