Join Team SECU and embrace our brand by delivering financial education to our members and communities. Your day may start consulting with members about their banking needs, reviewing current relationships, following up on business loans, or strategizing to help a member save for a significant life milestone such as a home, college, wedding, or other achievement. You may also represent SECU at community events, volunteer events, or financial literacy programs, earning up to 12 hours paid time off per quarter.

Every day offers the opportunity to demonstrate your engaging personality and ability to build emotional connections, nurturing diverse, inclusive relationships and networks within SECU and the communities we serve. In that effort, you will promote financial literacy, the credit union movement, and our talent brand. The result: increased member loyalty from your dynamic passion for doing the right thing, showing empathy, compassion and heart, and by being authentic and knowledgeable about SECU banking products and services.
WhatWe’re Looking For
- Consultative sales experience in the financial or banking industry with a proven record of building customer loyalty and expanding financial literacy and well‑being.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through strong familiarity with retail banking products and services.

- Member Advisor I / Relationship Banker I
- Hourly Pay Range: $21.35 – $32.02
- Member Advisor II / Relationship Banker II
- Hourly Pay Range: $24.62 – $39.42
Final offer will be based on years of experience and education.
