We are seeking an experienced CPA to be the next VP Finance Controller to lead the organization’s accounting function and serve as a key advisor to the CFO and executive team. This hands‑on leader will oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements.

$160,000 - $190,000 per year

• Lead and manage the accounting function.
• Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, and financial statements.
• Manage budget development, audit processes, and tax filings.
• Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and technology utilization.
• Ensure compliance across all programs and entities.
• Collaborate with the CFO to provide timely financial insights.
• Assess team structure, processes, and systems.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement early improvements.
• Begin roadmap for modernization and increased system utilization.
• Strengthen and streamline financial operations.
• Improve reporting consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Enhance team performance.
• Advance financial systems and automation capabilities.

• CPA required.
