Role Summary
Hands‑on role supporting project and structured finance, M&A, and portfolio management. Execute financing transactions, support revenue strategy, and manage a diverse solar asset portfolio. Opportunity for growth to VP‑level within 2–3 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project financing transactions: debt, back leverage, equity lines, tax equity.
- Manage back leverage draw process and ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist with M&A diligence and capital deployment.
- Support revenue contract negotiations and offtake strategy.
- Partner with development teams on site leases and project financeability.
- Oversee portfolio management, including tax equity projects and coordination with operations.
- Build and maintain financial models (light modeling role).
- Collaborate across development, legal, operations, and finance teams.
Ideal Profile
- 4 years in project/structured finance or infrastructure investment.
- Renewable energy experience preferred, ideally with institutional or developer exposure.
- Strong commercial judgment and ownership mindset.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and curious.
- Effective communicator, able to connect deal structure, execution, and portfolio strategy.
