In transfer pricing, you will help clients establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and minimizing disputes.

The Opportunity

As part of the Corporate Transfer Pricing team, you will lead the creation and implementation of impactful transfer pricing strategies. You will supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement work streams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top‑quality deliverables. You are also responsible for managing functional analysis interviews, performing market studies, and strategizing on local‑country tax authority transfer pricing audits.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of transfer pricing strategies.
  • Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage client service accounts and oversee engagement work streams.
  • Conduct functional analysis interviews and perform market studies.
  • Strategize on local‑country tax authority transfer pricing audits.
  • Independently solve and analyze complex problems.
  • Utilize firm methodologies and technology resources effectively.
  • Foster meaningful client relationships and motivate team members.
What You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, or International Business.
  • Six years of experience in relevant fields.
  • CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance‑specific credentials may qualify.
What Sets You Apart
  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Public Administration, or Finance preferred.
  • Proficiency in economic analyses and global tax issues.
  • Leadership experience in functional analyses and market studies.
  • Proficiency in pricing policies and market studies.
  • Exceptional communication skills in client relationships.
  • Knowledge of automation and digitization in professional services.
  • Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 – $335,000. Compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
