Compensation: $70,000–$110,000 + 10% bonus target

• Manage month‑end close for multiple business units (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations).
• Prepare and analyze GAAP‑compliant financial statements.
• Deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital project tracking.
• Assist with external audits and internal reporting requirements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to standardize and improve processes.

• CPA required with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in public accounting (Big 4 or next‑tier firm preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication and a proactive mindset.

• Experience drafting SOPs and improving processes.
• Exposure to FP&A or operational finance.
