We’re seeking a Controller who will bring financial leadership, optimize processes, and collaborate closely with sales and operations to drive data-backed business decisions.

Success in this role requires a strategic mindset and strong financial acumen to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. 10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or food processing, with expertise in financial planning, risk management, and compliance. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required (CPA or CMA preferred). Strong ability to communicate complex financial data and collaborate across sales, operations, and executive leadership.
