We’re seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Compliance Attorney with 6+ years of relevant experience to join our team in providing top-tier legal services to our clients.

• Analyze federal and state laws related to banking, mortgage lending, servicing, and other consumer financial products and services.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Draft and deliver high‑quality legal analyses, memoranda, and client‑ready work.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and regulatory changes to advise clients effectively.
• Collaborate with team members in a dynamic, flexible, and collaborative work environment.

• 6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong preference for a focus on mortgage lending and servicing.
• Expertise in federal and state laws governing consumer financial products and services.
• Outstanding legal writing and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to produce client‑ready work under tight deadlines.
• DC Bar admission or eligibility to become admitted to the DC Bar is required.
• Prior experience in a law firm or government agency is preferred but not required.

• A competitive salary in the range of $197,500–$215,000, based on experience and qualifications.
