• Drive revenue by converting prequalified inbound leads into closed loan applications
• Provide personalized financial solutions for real estate investors and investment companies
• Build rapport with repeat borrowers and warm leads through ongoing communication and relationship management

• Take inbound calls from investors interested in mortgage financing
• Follow up with existing leads via calls, emails, and texts
• Evaluate loan applications and supporting financial documentation
• Structure financing options for investment properties using DFS products
• Communicate regularly with borrowers to provide updates and guide them through the process

• Comfortable on the phone and motivated by closing deals
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Dependable and reliable with consistent work ethic
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools
