Position: Client Care Specialist, Employee Benefits

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Address and resolve health benefit issues for clients, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with relevant laws
  • Maintain and update internal systems, including CRM databases, upon group renewals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts and clients
  • Utilize Microsoft applications to manage tasks and communications effectively
  • Follow internal procedures for communication and client interactions to ensure high service standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance, claims resolution, or health insurance customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Must pass the Maryland State Life & Health exam within the first 90 days of employment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • College degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in benefits administration or related roles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Additional certifications related to insurance or health benefits
  • Experience in a customer service-oriented environment
