Customer Ambassador

Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR position.

Location:

Sinai Hospital - 2401 West Belvedere Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215.

Schedule:

Full time, 8-hour shifts, days/hours may vary, including rotating weekends. Online applications accepted only. Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr.

• Greets every customer and acts with a high level of hospitality.
• Ensures team members have what they need to be successful each day.
• Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Maintains current marketing, wellness and culinary programs.
• Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
• Understands daily menu items and explains them accurately to customers.
• Supports selling techniques by facilitating customer buying/decision-making.
• Ensures display foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly per standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Previous customer service experience and patient-facing healthcare experience are required.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
