Telecommunications Specialist

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Telecommunications Systems Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to work on enhancing intelligence support for capability development to counter our nation’s hardest targets.

This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.

• Analyzing networks to identify strengths, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities
• Creating detailed, precise intelligence that transitions seamlessly to the end-user
• Identifying and developing opportunities by fusing multi-discipline intelligence and technical analysis
• Serving as the technical expert to cross‑functional teams

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph is required for consideration
• 15+ years of related experience
• Experience in designing and developing telecommunications networks
• Experience with foreign networks such as Alcatel, Ericson, or Huawei
• Expertise in network optimization and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of current and emerging technologies, such as IPv6 Segmented Routing (SRv6), SDN, MPLS, and SDH

• Bachelor's Degree and 15 years of related experience
• Experience working in US Intelligence Community
• Experience working with the US National Labs
• Familiarity with Critical Factors Analysis
• Familiarity with Gravity Analysis

An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
