Key Responsibilities
- Manage routine and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Lead facility projects including renovations, equipment upgrades, and system installations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and building codes; conduct safety inspections and audits
- Manage vendor/contractor relationships and negotiate service contracts
- Assist with budget preparation and track facility-related expenses
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, HR, Operations) and communicate facility needs to leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related) or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years in facilities management, maintenance engineering, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations
- Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office
- CFM certification a plus
