We require Junior Field Technicians to join our company to support a major real estate and network relocation project in Baltimore, Maryland.

Main responsibilities will include assisting the Senior Network Engineers in the design, planning, integration, migration and decommissioning of the following layers:

• Outside Plant & Fibre
• Inside Plant & Racks, Cabling, etc
• DWDM
• SDH
• IP
• DCN
• Critical Infrastructure (Space, Power, Cooling)
• Utilising bespoke inventory systems and adopting a methodical and logical approach to data analysis and manipulation.
• The role will also offer the chance to travel.
• We are looking for individuals with enthusiasm, motivation and willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
• This is a great opportunity to gain industry experience with a view to potentially securing a long term role.

• Knowledge of telecommunication principles
• Conversant with Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• IP principles and Networks experience desirable
• Advanced Excel or Access Skills
• AC/DC Power experience desirable
• Practical/hands‑on experience with telecommunication equipment (routers, switches, etc)

• Degree or MSc qualified in an Engineering Subject
