A pioneer in the production and assembly of complex aerostructures including aircraft and rocket components, engine nacelle systems, thrust reversers and advanced composite products, we apply the latest digital technologies and automation in composite design and manufacturing that are second to none. At ST Engineering MRAS, we are also rapidly augmenting our maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging the company’s expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio as well as its materials and processing expertise.

• Collaborate with the MRAS Facilities and Automation team, business partners, vendors and IT teams to define solution requirements, evaluate solutions, develop and deploy solutions and support solutions throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop standardized IT specifications for deploying automation technologies, enabling robust, secure and repeatable solutions.
• Design and develop end‑to‑end IT connectivity and integration for automation technologies, including applications, networking, hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage the IT lifecycle of deployed automation solutions, including operational availability, cyber security, and obsolescence for applications, hardware and software.
• Participate in feasibility studies and evaluate potential automation technologies and platforms.
• Ensure continuing scalability and reliability of deployed automation solutions.
• Conduct cybersecurity assessments and risk analysis for automation solutions.
• Monitor and analyze automation solutions for potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities and threats.
• Provide IT guidance and support to the automation team during the entire solution lifecycle.
• Work closely with other IT teams (Application, Networking, Client and Server) to ensure a seamless integration of automation solutions into the MRAS IT environment.
• Stay updated with emerging OT & IoT trends, technologies, and industry standards.
• Availability to work on‑site.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows devices, in physical and logical networking, supporting OT/IoT devices in a production environment and in project management is required
• Experience with managing third‑party providers is highly preferred.
• This position involves access to export‑controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. A ‘U.S. Person,’ as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62, includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, individuals lawfully admitted for permanent residence (green card holders), and individuals granted asylum or refugee status in the United States. To be considered for this position, you must either be a U.S. Person or fall within a legally recognized export control exception or authorization.

• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Windows client & server fundamentals.
• Cloud infrastructure fundamentals, including Azure.
• Familiarity with CMMC and ISO 27001 frameworks and CIS Benchmarks.

Estimate salary range for this role $88,200 to $127,300 per year. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
