As a Charging System Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, business configuration, incident restoration, upgrades, integrations, and automation of Ericsson Charging System nodes. You will also work on SES, SAPC, and License Server management. This position requires on-site presence at customer premises and participation in a 24×7 on-call rotation for critical events. ✅ Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain Ericsson Charging System nodes, SES, SAPC, and License Server.
- Perform business configuration, upgrades, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and restore incidents to ensure service continuity.
- Implement automation and generate operational reports.
- Participate in 24×7 on-call rotation for critical events.
- Proven experience with Ericsson Charging System operations.
- Strong knowledge of SES, SAPC, and License Server management.
- Hands‑on experience in system upgrades, integrations, and automation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site and handle critical events under pressure.
- Familiarity with telecom billing and charging concepts.
- Experience with scripting for automation (Python, Shell).
- Knowledge of performance monitoring and reporting tools.
- Exposure to multi‑vendor charging environments.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
