BSSNOSS is hiring experienced Charging System Operations Engineers to manage and support Ericsson Charging System nodes and associated platforms. This role is critical for ensuring seamless charging operations, system stability, and service continuity for a major telecom operator in the Middle East.

As a Charging System Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, business configuration, incident restoration, upgrades, integrations, and automation of Ericsson Charging System nodes. You will also work on SES, SAPC, and License Server management. This position requires on-site presence at customer premises and participation in a 24×7 on-call rotation for critical events. • Operate and maintain Ericsson Charging System nodes, SES, SAPC, and License Server.
• Perform business configuration, upgrades, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and restore incidents to ensure service continuity.
• Implement automation and generate operational reports.
• Participate in 24×7 on-call rotation for critical events.

• Proven experience with Ericsson Charging System operations.
• Strong knowledge of SES, SAPC, and License Server management.
• Hands‑on experience in system upgrades, integrations, and automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site and handle critical events under pressure.

• Familiarity with telecom billing and charging concepts.
• Experience with scripting for automation (Python, Shell).
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and reporting tools.
• Exposure to multi‑vendor charging environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
