Sr. Electrical Controls Engineer

Responsibilities- Lead engineering and project management efforts across the office
- Develop and optimize PLC and HMI programming
- Configure Allen Bradley PLC / HMI programming and drives for optimal performance
- Generate and manage project cost estimates
- Design drawing packages and specific project specs
- Evaluate contractor and equipment bids with precision
- Process purchase requisitions efficiently
- Oversee project cost accounting, scheduling, and progress
- Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment issues promptly
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong drive to deliver high-quality products on schedule
- Excellent client communication and consulting skills
- 5+ years of programming experience
- Expertise in industrial control systems, PLC programming, and drives
- Familiarity with Allen-Bradley control systems; other systems a plus
- Experience with safety systems and components is advantageous
