Mechanical Construction Administration Specialist

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineering leads to manage and close out construction-related submittals and RFIs
• Serve as a liaison between contractors and the design team during the construction phase to address design questions
• Review and respond to contractor RFIs related to mechanical and plumbing designs
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance with construction documents
• Participate in peer reviews of design documents and assist in mentoring junior staff

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in Design Engineering or Construction
• Experience with Mechanical and Plumbing disciplines
• Construction experience may be considered in lieu of an engineering degree
• Ability to travel approximately 25%
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass required background checks and screenings

• Experience with hyperscale data center construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction administration best practices
• Ability to author reports and business correspondence effectively
