* ** Quality Assurance Manager - Lead Quality for Mission‑Critical Technologies*

** What you'll do*
* + Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure products meet company and customer standards.

+ Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and improvements.

+ Oversee audits, investigations, and corrective actions.

+ Validate quality processes, documentation, and performance metrics.

+ Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership on new product and process initiatives.

+ Manage and coach quality team members, ensuring accountability and growth.

+ Prepare and analyze quality documentation, reports, and trends.

+ Support compliance with safety, regulatory, and import/export requirements.

+ Stay current on quality trends and best practices.

** What you need*
* + Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills -  _required_ .

+ Ability to manage complex issues and drive decisions -  _required_ .

+ Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or technical environment -  _required_ .

+ Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, Lean, or Six Sigma principles -  _advantage_ .

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems -  _advantage_ .

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field -  _required_ .

+ 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination -  _required_ .

+ Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance -  _required_ .
